AutoPay
A Convenient Way to Manage Your Payments
With AutoPay, your payments are automatically drafted from your account, ensuring timely and hassle-free transactions.
Two easy ways to enroll:
- Log in to Servicing Digital, or
- Complete and submit an ACH Authorization Form
To make changes or cancel AutoPay, please make your request at least three (3) business days prior to your scheduled payment date. You can update online or by contacting Customer Service at (877) 350-0350.
Pay by Phone
To make a payment by phone, contact our Customer Service Department at (877) 350-0350, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (CT).
- Have your bank account number and routing number ready.
- Payments must be made using a checking or savings account. Debit and credit cards are not accepted.
- A $10.00 convenience fee may apply.
Check by Mail
- Make checks payable to: Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc.
- We recommend using the pre-addressed envelope included with your monthly statement for timely processing.
- Do not send cash, as it cannot be accepted.
- Include your loan number on the check or money order to ensure prompt application.
- Payments cannot be accepted at Flat Branch Mortgage branch locations.
