Your Rights

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act you have the right to notify us if you believe we have reported inaccurate information about your account to any Credit Reporting Agency. Such notices should be sent in writing and include your:

• Complete name
• Current address
• Loan number
• Last four digits of your Social Security number
• Daytime phone number
• Details of the specific information you believe is inaccurate

A copy of the actual credit report in question should be included, if available.
